PROTECT Product Line
The F.U.R.S.® Composite Protect Product line is a specialty designed fiberglass reinforced fabric that is pre-impregnated with a water activated resin that cures to create an abrasion and impact resistant protective overcoat.
F.U.R.S. Protect products are designed to be applied over or in conjunction with the corrosion prevention coatings to add additional mechanical protection. The products can be applied over a wide range of pipeline coatings including: FBE, shrink sleeves, viscous elastic wraps, wax tapes, epoxies
The F.U.R.S. Protect is designed as a cost effective mechanical protective outer layer. It is a specialty knitted fiberglass reinforced fabric that is pre-impregnated with a water activated, fast curing, resin system. F.U.R.S. Protect was developed to add protection and reinforcement to piping and industrial assets. The F.U.R.S. Protect Product requires no additional mixing and is applied directly out of the bag.
The F.U.R.S. Protect HD is a specialty designed fiberglass reinforced fabric that is pre-impregnated with a water activated resin that cures to create an abrasion and impact resistant protective overcoat. The F.U.R.S. Protect HD is designed to be applied over or in conjunction with corrosion prevention coatings to deliver additional mechanical protection that is often needed/desired during HDD applications. It is applied directly out of the bag and requires no additional mixing. The products can be applied over FBE, shrink sleeves, viscous elastic wraps, wax tapes, epoxies and more.
The F.U.R.S. Protect 1100 Series Products are specialty designed woven fiberglass reinforced fabrics that are pre-impregnated with a Fast Cure water activated resin system. The Products are engineered for mechanical protection again abrasion, gouging, impact and outside forces.
F.U.R.S. Rapid Pipe Repair kit was designed for quick in-field leak repairs on virtually all types of piping and configurations; straight pipe, elbows, tees and more. Cast-like material repairs the leak and adds long-lasting mechanical strength to thinning walls and active leak areas.

REPAIR Product Line
The F.U.R.S.® Composite Repair 1100 Series Products are a specialty designed fiberglass reinforced fabric that is pre-impregnated with a water activated resin system. The products are developed to add protection, hoop strength and structural support to extend the life of structures and piping assets. The F.U.R.S. Repair 1100 Series Products can be applied directly out of the bag and require no additional mixing. These materials have been thoroughly developed and tested to meet and exceed the standards set forth in ASME PCC-2 Article 4.1.
For high risk applications, each repair process can pose unique challenges and circumstances. For these procedures, products are selected in conjunction with the engineering calculations & scope of work on a project by project basis.

The Products are developed to add protection, hoop strength and structural support to extend the life of structures and piping assets. The F.U.R.S. Repair 1100 Series Product is applied directly out of the bag and requires no additional mixing. This Wrap can be applied as part of an engineered repair system in accordance with the standards set forth in the ASME PCC-2 document.
The F.U.R.S. Rapid Pipe Repair Kit offers quick and easy leak repairs for virtually any piping substrates. Our Fiberglass cloth impregnated with water-activated polyurethane resin bonds to the pipe and hardens within minutes to seal cracks, leaks and punctured areas. It works on hot and cold water pipes, above ground, below ground pipes and underwater pipes.
